Syllabus For NIMCET
The National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) syllabus consists of four sections:
- Mathematics
- Computer Awareness
- Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability
- General English

How to Prepare for NIMCET 2025
Subject-wise Preparation Strategy

Focus on topics like Calculus, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and Probability.
Practice shortcut techniques for time-saving.
Solve at least 25–30 questions daily.
➤ Logical Reasoning
Practice puzzles, series, blood relations, and syllogisms.
Use reasoning books like RS Aggarwal or Arihant’s.
➤ Computer Awareness
Learn basic concepts: OS, DBMS, MS Office, binary numbers, and programming fundamentals.
Refer to Lucent’s Computer Book or any MCA-level intro book.
